Monthly salary: €1,465.00 - €2,195.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Administer project team assignments, team members' working time declaration
- Contribute to project progress monitoring and control, ensuring the regulated scope and quality of project information
- Prepare, update and administer the Project Management Unit's cost, training, vacation plans
- Coordinate and maintain the document management system (DMS), keep track of tasks and assignments and timely inform the unit manager(s) and/or the Project Management Manager about their execution
- Ensure that all documents related to the activities of the Project Management Unit are properly stored and archived
- Administer general affairs of the Project Management Unit
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- Knowledge of project management methodology
- Very good skills in working with general-purpose computer programs (MS Office 365 package)
- Clerical and document management knowledge of the rules of preparation
- Responsibility, courtesy and professional customer service
- Positive attitude, helpfulness, excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to argue
- Willingness to learn, ability to quickly absorb new information
- Fluent Lithuanian
