RNDV Group is looking for a Project Management Manager to lead a portfolio of renewable energy projects, build and develop a project management team, and ensure successful project implementation in an international environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to strategically important projects, create effective project management processes, and significantly contribute to business growth.

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:

  • Manage the energy project portfolio, ensuring the implementation of deadlines, budget, quality and customer expectations
  • Lead the project management team, strengthening its competencies and operational efficiency
  • Ensure smooth project implementation by implementing and improving project management processes and standards
  • Manage project risks, changes and resources throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensure compliance of projects with HSE, labor law and other business requirements in an international environment
  • Actively participate in the sales phase: evaluate estimates, form budgets, evaluate technical solutions and participate in negotiations with customers
  • Cooperate with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring the achievement of project goals
  • Provide reports on the status of the project portfolio to management and contribute to business development initiatives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing high-value (preferably >5 million EUR) energy or infrastructure projects
  • Higher education in engineering (electrical or civil engineering would be an advantage)
  • English language skills at least B2 level (verbal and written)
  • Experience in managing project planning, budgets, risks, contracts and project teams
  • Leadership, ability to make decisions, take responsibility and achieve results
  • Category B driving license
  • Experience in international renewable energy projects (solar, wind power plants or BESS) and working with EPC contracts - an advantage
