What will your working day look like?
I will lead the project management department, covering construction and ship project directions;
You will ensure effective project planning, implementation and control throughout the entire process;
You will coordinate the progress of several projects, ensure compliance with their deadlines, budget and quality;
You will form, develop and motivate project teams, allocate resources between different departments;
You will ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations and their control;
You will communicate with clients and partners, resolve complex situations and make strategic decisions;
You will analyze project results, provide reports to management;
You will initiate process improvement and contribute to improving the efficiency of the company's operations.

What kind of specialist are we looking for?
At least 5 years of experience in project management (in the construction and/or shipbuilding field is a great advantage);
Leadership experience (management of teams or departments);
Excellent technical knowledge and ability to analyze project documentation;
Excellent knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage);
Strong strategic thinking, leadership and decision-making skills;
Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment;
Higher education (in construction, engineering or similar field).
