The Project Management Department Manager will be entrusted with leading the shipbuilding, electrical, HVAC and pipeline project management team and with responsibility for the effective activities and results of the department.
The most important thing in this position is strong leadership, the ability to organize the work of the department, ensure clear responsibilities, activity control and consistent project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation in developing and implementing the operational strategy for shipbuilding, electrical, HVAC and pipeline projects
- Leading the project management department, setting operational priorities and goals and ensuring their implementation
- Ensuring effective project management to achieve the planned deadlines, quality, financial and operational results
- Monitoring the results of the department and ongoing projects, tracking indicators, identifying risks, making quick and flexible decisions
- Ensuring smooth cooperation between the project management department and other departments of the company
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and engaging in solving strategic and complex project issues
- Improving project management processes, strengthening team competencies and increasing the efficiency of the department's activities
EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES:
- Team management experience and experience in technical projects (shipbuilding, electrical, HVAC, piping, industrial construction or other)
- Good understanding of project management principles, financial indicators and project economics
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to organize activities, set priorities and be result-oriented
- Analytical thinking, independence and ability to make decisions
- Strong communication, negotiation and crisis management skills
- PMP, IPMA or PRINCE project management qualification certificates (advantage)
- Good knowledge of English
