Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, increasing their value and expanding the scope of services provided;
- Actively seek new business opportunities and develop sales in the assigned region;
- Negotiate with clients and build long-term, mutually valuable relationships;
- Monitor and analyze the results of regional activities, identify growth opportunities and plan further actions;
- Organize and coordinate the work of a directly subordinate team, set goals, monitor their implementation, provide feedback and develop team members to achieve common results.

We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education and at least 2 years of B2B sales, business development or customer management experience and experience leading a team;
- You are familiar with managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, you know how to identify cross-sell opportunities and increase customer value;
- You have experience in planning and managing regional activities, customer portfolio and priorities, analyzing results and planning further actions based on them;
- You are a strong team leader - you know how to set clear goals, coordinate work, mobilize a team for common goals, provide feedback, develop people and take responsibility for the result;
- You have strong B2B communication and negotiation skills, you are able to understand customer needs and communicate with decision-makers at different levels;
- You cooperate smoothly with internal teams to ensure the implementation of customer needs and agreed goals;
- You understand the basic principles of pricing, margin and project profitability;
- Able to travel independently to clients in the region – have a driver's license and a car;
- You have good English and are able to communicate fluently with clients both orally and in writing.
