Nature of work
We are looking for a designer or architect to work on projects of simple and non-special buildings. Work in a team, performing tasks set by the Project Manager.
Nature of work
Preparation of design drawings according to the submitted tasks;
Preparation of the graphic part of design proposals and technical work projects;
Preparation of plans, facades, sections, situation diagrams and other drawings;
Adjustment of projects according to architects' comments;
Completion and management of design documentation.
Requirements
Education in architecture, civil engineering or a related field;
Excellent skills in working with AutoCAD;
Ability to work in ArchiCAD or Revit;
Ability to accurately and independently prepare design drawings;
Responsibility, diligence and meeting deadlines;
Qualification certificate not required.

Knowledge of the composition of a construction project;
Experience in preparing project proposals or technical work projects;
Knowledge of the basics of construction technical regulations.
We offer
a monthly salary of 1,600 EUR before taxes during a three-month probationary period;
after the probationary period – a monthly salary of 2,200-2,450 EUR before taxes;
additional bonuses based on work results;

We carry out design work for all simple and non-special structures, preparing all parts of the project necessary for obtaining a building permit and carrying out construction. We also provide project management services and help legalize unauthorized construction.
We prepare projects for new construction, reconstruction, major and minor repairs, and change of purpose. We also design projects for major repairs of apartments and premises in special structures and organize their expertise.
We assess the condition of existing building structures, consult on construction and real estate issues, come to the site and help clients evaluate real estate before purchasing it.
Our team consists of architects, civil engineers, a constructor, a designer of engineering networks and a construction manager. Therefore, we prepare all parts of the project ourselves - from the preparation of design proposals and obtaining a construction permit to the preparation of a technical working project and procedures for starting construction work.
