Do you like precise technical work, where dimensions, arrangement of parts and their mutual compatibility are important? We invite you to join the PPF team and design cliché mounting plates used in print production.
These plates are mounted in designated places with clichés - tools used to create embossing and decorative finishes on packaging and other printed products. Your task is to design the plate according to the client's layout and technical requirements and prepare files for its production on CNC machines.

What will you do with us?
- Analyze layouts, drawings and technical order data provided by customers.
- Design cliché mounting plates: plan the placement of clichés, locations and dimensions of mounting holes and other structural elements.
- Adapt design solutions to equipment requirements and production standards applied in the company.
- Prepare design files and technical documentation for plate production on CNC machines.
- Check the accuracy of the prepared files and compliance with the order, and resolve any technical issues that arise together with colleagues.
What do we expect from you?
- Practical skills in working with Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD or another CAD design program.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings, work accurately with dimensions and element placement.
- Technical and spatial thinking – the ability to understand how designed parts will be manufactured, arranged and attached.
- Ability to analyze the information provided, notice inconsistencies and clarify missing data.
- Attention to detail, a responsible approach to the quality of work and the ability to cooperate with colleagues.
We also invite candidates with experience in other manufacturing areas – furniture, metal products, advertising structures, packaging or similar activities. Your technical skills and desire to understand our products are important to us.
We will consider it an advantage:
- Experience in designing products or their parts, preparing technical layouts or preparing files for production.
- Knowledge of CNC machining principles or experience working with CAM programs.
- Knowledge of mechanical fastening solutions.
