We are expanding the activities of the department and invite a member of the enthusiastic team – DESIGNER, who will contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions. Place of work – Vilnius, hybrid work model is applied.
In the ODRI design team, we combine the competencies of low currents, electrical engineering and automation, and we accelerate processes using the most advanced working methods and tools, allowing us to focus on value-creating engineering solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
- Design low-voltage and electrical systems;
- Select components and draw functional system diagrams;
- Employ modern digital and AI tools to accelerate design processes;
- Prepare technical, working and executive documentation for the delivery of objects;
- Cooperate with the design team and the production department.
We will adjust the complexity and scope of the tasks according to your experience and growth rate. Taking into account your competencies and motivation, we will provide opportunities to contribute to strategic projects in the country and in the international market.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Engineering education (automation, electrical engineering or related field, may include postgraduate studies);
- Understanding of technical plans and diagrams;
- Good skills in working with CAD (AutoCAD, Revit or other) and MS Office programs;
- Curiosity and desire to use the latest technologies and digital tools at work.
- Responsibility, diligence and the ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Basics of foreign languages (English for technical documentation or Russian for communication);
- Disciplines acceptable in the work environment.
We would consider the following as serious advantages:
- Previous design experience (even if small);
- Qualification certificate (or motivation to obtain it).
