Nature of work
●Provide psychological support to students experiencing emotional, interpersonal, communication or learning difficulties, using individual and/or group counselling techniques.
●Cooperate with parents (guardians, carers), teachers or other educational institution staff and other persons related to the student's education and provide recommendations to them, in order to ensure a safe, inclusive and learning-friendly environment.
●Participate in the development and implementation of psychological problem prevention programmes together with teachers, other educational institution specialists and external experts.
●Develop and provide recommendations to teachers and parents on strengthening students' emotional well-being, development and social skills.
●Contribute to the development of school well-being, inclusion and prevention initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
●Conduct relevant psychological research, taking into account the needs of the school community.
●Strengthen positive attitudes within the school community and society towards students' emotional health, diversity and inclusion.

Employee requirements
●Higher university education – Master’s degree in psychology.
●Excellent knowledge of English (work in an international community).
●Flexibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, independence.

"Erudito" lyceum is an accredited international private school of integrated education in Vilnius and Kaunas, which educates the thinking of the new generation and future leaders.
