The largest private kindergarten chain in Lithuania, "Vaikystės sodas" invites you to join the team. We are currently looking for a psychologist in Vilnius.
Nature of work:
- Consult teachers and parents in the areas of psychological, personality and educational issues (verbally, in writing and in video format);
- Educate educators, parents and other persons related to child education on the topics of child psychology, age groups, pedagogical and social psychology (verbally, in writing and in video format);
- Conduct distance seminars (webinars);
- Assess children's abilities, developmental characteristics, strengths and difficulties;
- Identify psychological, personality, educational and social problems in the classroom;
- Cooperate with educators and other specialists in order to ensure the comprehensive well-being of the child.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of psychology;
- Ability to consult parents and educators of children on psychological, personality and educational issues;
- Ability to convey information clearly and understandably in various forms (verbally, in writing, in video format);
- Ability to assess children's developmental characteristics, strengths and difficulties;
- Responsibility, independence, initiative and creativity;
- Ability to work in a team and maintain constructive communication with clients;
- Experience in psychological work;
- Experience working with emotional intelligence development programs is an advantage.
