Positions: psychologist's assistant
Job description:

• assess the student's strengths and difficulties, developmental characteristics, psychological, personality and educational problems, the child's maturity to learn according to preschool and primary education programs;
• collaborate with the teacher, special educator, social educator and other specialists working with the student;
• consult students with psychological, personality and educational problems, their parents (guardians, caregivers) on issues of solving these problems;
• prepare individual recommendations for solving the student's psychological, personality and educational problems;
• lead groups for developing students' social skills;
• initiate, prepare and implement psychological problem prevention programs that help prevent psychological, personality and educational problems and more effectively educate students with psychological, personality and educational problems;
• participate in forming a positive attitude of the school community towards students with psychological, personality and educational problems and their education together with their peers;
• educate the school community on issues of child development psychology, pedagogical and social psychology;
• collect and accumulate information necessary to solve the problems of the consulted students, in cooperation with the school community, if necessary - with other institutions (Child Rights Protection Services, mental health centers, police, etc.), and monitor the activities and behavior of students during lessons;
• provide information about students with psychological, personality and educational problems to interested persons or institutions related to the education of these students, after receiving the consent of parents (guardians);
• conduct relevant psychological research at school, taking into account the needs of the school community;
• organize and fill out their work documents;
• coordinate the annual activity priorities with the head of the non-formal education and support department and prepare their activity program for the academic year in accordance with them;
• contribute to democratic school management, relations based on cooperation, transparency and impartiality of decisions made;
• be interested in innovations in the work of a psychologist, creatively apply them in their activities, systematically improve their qualifications;
• carry out other assignments of the school head related to the functions of a psychologist.

It is proposed:

• workload 1 full-time position;
• the coefficient of the fixed part of the official salary is determined in accordance with the Law on Remuneration of Employees of State and Municipal Institutions and Remuneration for Work of Commission Members, taking into account the qualification category, length of service (coefficients 1.18.2750);
• work in a team with a psychologist, social pedagogue and special pedagogue;
• separate office, modern infrastructure;

Requirements:

• higher university education with a bachelor's and/or master's degree (psychologist qualification);
• ability to plan one's activities, analyze the current situation, provide the necessary information, knowledge;
• ability to apply information technologies;
• excellent communication and cooperation skills, constructive problem solving with students and their parents;
• ability to work in a team, adapt to changes.
