Nature of work:
- Manage the operations of the Pull&Bear store and ensure the implementation of sales goals;
- Assemble, develop and motivate the team, creating a positive and productive work culture;
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and branding;
- Organize the presentation of goods in accordance with Pull&Bear's visual and commercial requirements;
- Analyze sales results, plan actions and make decisions that increase efficiency;
- Ensure smooth management of product flows, inventories and daily processes.
We hope you:
- Have successful management experience in retail (fashion sector is a big advantage);
- Able to form, motivate and develop a team, achieving high results;
- Excellent knowledge of visual presentation of goods, sales analysis and KPI management;
- Focused on the quality of customer service;
- Interested in fashion trends and able to apply them in daily store activities;
- Have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
