Nature of work
Join a growing team and become an important link between purchasing, supply, warehouse and sales. We are looking for someone who loves order, numbers, analysis and is able to ensure a smooth supply process from order to product delivery.
Analysis of sales, balances and orders and preparation of reports.
Forecast planning, SKU, price and quantity control.
Inventory management and product demand planning
Purchase order (PO) formation, administration and monitoring of the supply process.
Coordination of deliveries, delays and supply problems.
CRM administration.
Control of defects, deficiencies and discrepancies and administration of claims.
Control of prices, MOQ and contracts.
Analysis of sales, balances and orders and preparation of reports.

Employee requirements
Experience in procurement, supply, logistics or supply chain.
Very good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF, filters).
Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data.
Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of English, Russian, Arabic. (a big advantage).
Experience working with CRM or ERP systems.
Knowledge of the Rivilė system is a big advantage.
Good communication manners.
