Esperanza Lake Resort is looking for a Breakfast Administrator to join the team.
We are looking for someone who loves order, communication with guests, and wants to contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest experience from the very morning.
Your main responsibilities:
Greeting and kindly serving hotel guests during breakfast;
Administering the breakfast area and ensuring its smooth operation;
Ensuring that the breakfast area is tidy and meets established service standards;
Cooperating with kitchen and other department employees;
Responding promptly to guest requests and situations;
Ensuring high quality guest service.

Have experience in customer service or working in the hotel/restaurant sector - this would be an advantage;

Are able to work independently and in a team;
Are responsible, tidy and attentive to details;
Are not afraid of early mornings and a dynamic work pace;
Communicate in Lithuanian and English.
