Your main responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the EU VAT and excise refund process of the group of companies;
- Management and registration of documents and invoices related to VAT refund;
- Entering documents and information into the database;
- Management of insurance accounting (preparation of payments, settlement, registration of documents);
- Communication with suppliers, employees of other departments;
- Preparation of reports;
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Employee requirements:
- Accounting, financial or economic education;
- Experience in the field of accounting (advantage);
- Experience with accounting programs Rivilė (advantage);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of LR legal acts regulating accounting;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Communicability, responsibility, and diligence;
- Excellent computer skills.
