Nature of work
- Preparation of raw materials, semi-finished products and ingredients for production;
- Production of cakes and other baked goods according to established recipes and technological cards;
- Forming, baking and preparing products for sale;
- Ensuring the quality, taste and aesthetic appearance of products;
- Ensuring the execution of the production plan;
- Leading a team of 4 people, distributing and coordinating work;
- Starting up, proper use and maintenance of production equipment;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements;
- Monitoring the proper storage and expiration dates of raw materials and manufactured products;
- Participation in raw material accounting and inventories.
Work schedule: I-V from 10:00 to 19:00.
We hope you
- Have a vocational, secondary or higher education in the field of food production;
- Know the processes of bakery production, the principles of preparation, use and storage of raw materials;
- Be able to work according to recipes and technological cards;
- Know food safety and hygiene requirements and have a certificate of food hygiene courses;
- Have leadership qualities, are able to organize teamwork and ensure the implementation of tasks;
- Are responsible, meticulous, organized and value cleanliness;
- Be able to plan your time and work at an intensive pace;
- Experience in mixing dough or shaping bread or confectionery products would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
