ALTAS AUTO, the leader in the production of small and medium-sized buses, is strengthening its team in the IT department.
Our technological environment includes Odoo, ERP, WMS and BI systems. The goal for the coming years is to have more competencies within the company: to create our own Odoo modules, automate processes, connect systems via API and practically apply artificial intelligence solutions.
We are looking for a programmer who, together with our internal team and external partners, would contribute to the digitalization of the company's processes and the development of internal business systems.

We are looking for a programmer who, together with our internal team and external partners, would contribute to the digitalization of the company's processes and the development of internal business systems.
In this position:
- You will develop and improve the Odoo system and create individual Odoo modules.
- You will participate in the migration from Odoo V17 to V20.
- You will create integrations and data exchange between the systems used in the company via API.
- You will automate internal business processes.
- You will analyze user needs and, together with the business team, search for the most suitable technological solutions.
- You will maintain and improve already created integrations and internal solutions.
- You will cooperate with external partners of Odoo and other systems.
- You will contribute to the development and integration of AI solutions.
Where do we want to use AI?
We see artificial intelligence as a practical tool for process improvement. The following areas are relevant:
- master data quality control;
- after-sales knowledge base and fault diagnosis information retrieval;
- document recognition and processing;
- internal process automation.
We hope you:
- You have good Python programming knowledge and at least 2 years of practical work experience.
- You have experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- You have experience in developing or integrating systems using REST API or other web services.
- You are able to analyze a technical problem and independently find a solution.
- You understand business system integration and data exchange.
- You have experience using Git.
- You are able to read technical documentation in English.
- You want to understand business processes, not just implement technical tasks.
Big advantage:
- Experience in developing Odoo modules.
- Knowledge of Odoo ORM, XML views, QWeb, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS or other business systems.
- Experience in integrating different business systems.
- Knowledge of JavaScript / OWL.
- Experience in using LLM or other AI APIs in business processes.
- Experience in automating document processing or data quality control.

- Salary 3300-4100 Eur (gross). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate taking into account his/her experience, competencies and ability to independently achieve results.
