transport management;
service activity organization;
document administration;
employee leave process management, etc.
We are currently looking for a QA specialist who will help ensure the quality of our systems, understand user needs and, together with the team, find ways to facilitate daily work with technology.

What are you going to do?
- Testing information systems that are being developed and updated.
- Analyzing how business users use systems in their daily activities.
- Communicating with employees from different fields to understand their needs and work processes.
- Helping to identify not only technical problems, but also possible process improvements.
- Proposing solutions to automate, optimize or simplify users' work.
- Preparing test scripts and performing functional and regression testing.
- Documenting found discrepancies and collaborating with programmers in the process of resolving them.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of testing processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Have experience in software testing manual+automation.
- Able to analyze systems and understand how they are used in real processes.
- You are communicative and not afraid to communicate with people from different fields.
- Able to ask the right questions and find out the real need.
- You are meticulous, analytical and focused on quality results.
- Able to independently plan work and take responsibility.
Pluses if
- You will work with the transport system and are familiar with the logic of the transport business.
It would be an advantage
- Experience in testing business management systems.
- Experience in API testing.
- Basics of SQL.
- Experience in working with Jira.
- Experience in analyzing business processes.
- Desire not only to find problems, but also to help find better solutions.
