We have a very interesting, well-known international project focused on customer service quality, and we are currently building a new team!

We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Evaluator to assess customer service communications, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure a top-tier customer experience.
In this role, you will be working with Vinted—Europe's largest online marketplace for second-hand fashion.

We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Evaluator to assess customer service communications, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure a top-tier customer experience.
In this role, you will be working with Vinted—Europe's largest online marketplace for second-hand fashion.
😜 What will your workday look like?
- You will evaluate customer service inquiries based on established criteria;
- You will identify communication, procedural, and factual errors;
- You will classify and label textual data;
- You will provide brief justifications for your evaluation decisions in English;
- You will participate in calibration sessions and training;
- You will strive to meet established quality and productivity KPIs.
You will be an excellent candidate if: 🤔
✔ Good knowledge of English;
✔ You are diligent and detail-oriented;
✔ You are able to work according to clear rules and processes;
✔ You can handle large volumes of information without getting overwhelmed;
✔ You learn new systems and processes quickly;
✔ You are available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00/9:00 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM;
