We’re looking for a Quality Manager who brings a strong quality mindset, analytical thinking and a collaborative approach to support our operations and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening quality performance, building a strong quality culture and driving Carlsberg Excellence across the site.
What you will be doing?
- Lead and continuously improve Quality Assurance and Quality Control performance at site level
- Define, track and drive Quality KPIs in line with Country, Regional and Group ambitions
- Ensure strong quality mindset on the shopfloor through data, field presence and coaching
- Lead investigations of quality incidents and consumer/customer complaints and drive corrective actions
- Initiate quality performance reviews, identify trends and support structured problem-solving
- Manage Quality OPEX and quality-related CAPEX initiatives
- Partner closely with key internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Production, Packaging and Commercial teams
- Ensure materials meet Carlsberg specifications in cooperation with Procurement and approved suppliers
- Act as part of the local Crisis and Emergency Response teams when needed
- Drive Carlsberg Excellence and continuous improvement culture in quality
What we expect?
- Solid experience in Quality Management within FMCG, manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong understanding of quality systems, KPIs and continuous improvement practices
- Hands-on, confident working in the field and leading by example
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions in a matrix organisation
- Structured, data-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- High ownership, accountability and commitment to quality and safety
- Strong communication skills in English and Litguanian
