Who we are

Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company within Brolis Defence Group, engaged in developing and manufacturing of new generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices and electro-optical systems. BROLIS manufactures and offers products for the defence and security applications, including state-of-the-art laser aiming pointers and illuminators, SWIR and thermal sights, surveillance systems, night vision equipment, filters and related optoelectronic devices, also heavily used in Ukraine.
We invite QUALITY TECHNOLOGIST to join our team and contribute to a safer world!

What your responsibilities will be

  • Work with state-of-the-art military electro-optical devices like thermal, night vision systems;
  • Quality process control and upgrades of BROLIS optomechanical and laser systems;
  • Development of the new incoming inspection methods for mechanical parts and optics;
  • Quality control of high-end devices;
  • Calibration and maintenance of quality and production equipment;
  • Maintaining quality instructions and creating new ones.

What we expect

  • Basic knowledge of electronics, optomechanics, programming and mechanical design;
  • Experience in the field of quality control/assurance or production process development;
  • Ability to concentrate and work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation in both Lithuanian and English languages;
  • Ability to collect, analyse and report quality data, take quality improvement actions and desire to do better;
  • Attention to detail, diligence and a sense of responsibility;
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to transfer quality procedures of the new products to production on time;
  • Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon).
