Nature of work
Research of new products, creation, development and modification of recipes;
Planning of scientific and technological research (R&D), performance of laboratory tests and analysis of results;
Search, selection, compatibility and suitability confirmation of new raw materials;
Stability, efficiency and quality testing of product recipes;
Preparation and updating of technical and safety documentation of products (SDS, specifications, calculations);
Cooperation with production and quality departments in transferring created products to production scale.

Employee requirements
Higher university education in chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering;
Practical experience in a chemical laboratory conducting R&D research, formulating products or improving recipes;
Ability to independently plan and conduct research, analyze the data obtained and provide constructive conclusions;
Knowledge of the basics of chemical properties, safety and regulation;
Good working time and R&D project management skills;
Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
Practical experience in a chemical laboratory conducting R&D research, formulating products or improving recipes;
