About the employer
Our client, a rapidly growing company manufacturing drone components that meet the highest safety requirements, is inviting an R&D Project Manager to join the team.
Nature of work
The main function of this position is to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of the company's R&D projects (product development and improvement).
You will plan R&D projects from concept to production transfer - you will determine the stages, deadlines, responsibilities and priorities between ongoing projects. You will coordinate cooperation between R&D, procurement and sales teams; identify and manage project risks; track budget and progress, and report to management.
You will ensure proper management of project documentation; after project completion, you will initiate their evaluation and improve planning processes.

We also expect you to have strong analytical and strategic thinking, be able to coordinate the work of a project team, ensure accountability without direct reporting, and be focused on results and impeccable quality of work.
- have significant experience in planning and managing complex technical or engineering projects, ideally in the field of electronics R&D;
- have excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (stage-gate, agile/scrum or hybrid) and know how to apply them to hardware and software development projects;
- have experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.); PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be an advantage;
- have basic electronics knowledge that allows you to communicate and collaborate meaningfully with a team of engineers;
- are able to manage several projects simultaneously, set priorities, manage risks and budget;
- ability to use AI tools for process automation and data analysis would be an advantage;
- are fluent in Lithuanian and English.

- 3000 – 4500 EUR gross salary per month. The specific remuneration system will depend on your experience and demonstrated competencies.
