We are looking for someone for whom a product does not start with a production line, but with an idea, taste, composition, and the constant question: how can it be made even better?
If you are interested in creating new recipes, improving existing products, and contributing to product development from idea to real result, we invite you to join the team.
Your main responsibilities:
- New product development and technological development;
- Analysis, review and improvement of existing recipes;
- Adaptation of products to production processes, ensuring stable and repeatable results;
- Cooperation with production, quality and other departments;
- Prompt response to customer needs and their changes;
- Coordination of several projects simultaneously, meeting set deadlines.
This position will suit you if:
- Has a higher education in the field of food technology;
- You are familiar with meat product production technologies (required);
- You have experience in the food industry (R&D or production is an advantage);
- You are interested in food product development, technologies and innovations;
- You are able to analytically evaluate recipes and look for the best solutions;
- You take responsibility for the final product, not just the process.
