Nature of work
- under the direct leadership of the Central RAA team and methodically by the specialists of the Central regions of the RAA, to form and implement a unified policy (s), methodologies and procedures for the operation, commissioning and adjustment, and cyber security of the operated transmission network relay protection and automation equipment;
- to directly coordinate the planning of the scope of maintenance work for the Central and Central regions of the relay protection and automation equipment, using the information asset management system (TVIS), the preparation of the operating budget (OPEX), to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the plan for the operating work and budget;
- to plan the budget for investment tasks (CAPEX), to prepare and coordinate the investment task plans of the Central and Central regions, to determine the need for emergency reserve quantities of equipment and materials, to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of investment tasks, performing the function of the owner of investment tasks;
- to form and implement information security measures in the RAA systems, implementing information security preventive measures, to control compliance with these requirements in the Central regions, including the provision of services by contracting organizations to the Company;
- supervise the activities of RAA engineers of the Central regions, ensuring high-quality performance of relay protection and automation operation functions, high-quality performance of asset accounting, repairs, special technical maintenance of newly constructed and reconstructed objects, elimination of faults and defects, and liquidation of accidents;
- analyze the best practices of RAA equipment operation of transmission network operators of other countries, adapting them to the technical requirements of the Company's RAA equipment, RAA equipment testing and operation methodologies.
Employee requirements
- higher university education in electric power, electrical engineering, automation;
- experience in the fields of installation, adjustment, design or operation of RAA devices of 110-400 kV transmission network;
- have computer skills in working with MS Office package;
- know the installation, testing scopes and norms of RAA devices used in 110-400 kV network and the rules for operating electrical devices;
- know the English language, both spoken and written;
- communication skills, responsibility, initiative, time planning and work organization skills.
Advantages:
- have experience in combining microprocessor RAA devices of SIEMENS, ABB, GENERAL ELECTRIC and other manufacturers with their software, know the principles of operation and selection of these devices;
- certificate of the manager of special construction works of a special structure or the manager of technical maintenance of special construction works of a special structure. Work area: installation of process control and automation systems;
- driver's license (category B).
