Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Carry out the initiation of projects assigned to the Rail Baltica program, coordinate the assessment, comparison, and alignment of strategic initiatives
- Prepare project risk management plans, monitor risk changes, provide recommendations for risk management
- Provide information in a timely manner in weekly/monthly formats in agreed reports on established KPI indicators, program budget, projects and activities assigned to the program
- Track and assess deviations and trends in key performance indicators, provide insights, and proposals for their optimization/review.
- Prepare and monitor change registers for projects constituting the Program, provide proposals to business units for changes, and ensure traceability of project change information.
- Conduct a review of the Rail Baltica program's schedule for consistency, compatibility, and interfaces, identify potential inconsistencies and errors
- Prepare and provide information to management in requested sections
- Cooperate with employees from other areas of activity on data presentation, reporting, and automation of performance indicators
What do we expect?
- Higher education (in the field of civil engineering would be an advantage)
- Work experience in project and/or program management
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMBoK or similar) (would be an advantage)
- Risk identification, change management skills, and experience in railway or infrastructure projects (would be an advantage)
- Good business planning skills, analytical knowledge, critical thinking
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- English language skills in writing and speaking (not lower than C1 level)
