Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage and implement assigned Rail Baltica (hereinafter - RB) projects within the established quality, budget and time limits and/or work in the assigned project team
- Make decisions within the limits of their competence, plan, organize and coordinate working groups
- Coordinate and participate in procurements, signing contracts
- Ensure proper implementation of contracts and settlement according to them
- Analyze regulatory documents regulating RB projects and applicable EU and Lithuanian legal acts
- Represent the interests of the Company in relations with state and public organizations, natural and legal persons within the limits of their authority
- Ensure business cooperation by representing the customer in relations with participants in the project construction process
- Ensure the accumulation, storage and traceability of project execution documents according to the approved methodology
- Analyze experience and improve processes and procurement strategy
- Plan activities and manage them using advanced tools risks
What do we expect?
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing large-scale engineering projects in the fields of design and/or construction of transportation communications (roads, streets, railways, airport structures, other transport structures)
- Higher education (preferably in the field of engineering studies)
- Knowledge of FIDIC contract terms (would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of project management methodology
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles (would be an advantage)
- Skills in working with Microsoft Project project planning program (would be an advantage)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and mobilize a team to achieve set goals
- Familiarity with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating construction
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
- Microsoft Office computer skills
