Monthly salary: €4,430.00 - €6,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Implement the Rail Baltica Programme Project Management (PMO) strategy, set long-term and short-term goals and pursue their implementation
- Manage the scope of Rail Baltica Programme projects, prepare proposals on their implementation priorities, submit and coordinate them with interested internal and external formats, control the implementation of the programme project objectives
- Control the implementation of Rail Baltica Programme projects according to the set budget, time schedule and scope
- Provide management with insights into the progress of projects, risks and achieved results, helping to make strategic decisions and ensure successful project implementation
- Ensure the implementation of project management methodologies in order to increase the organisation's project management maturity, process system effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Provide recommendations to project teams on methodologies/instructions used for managing Rail Baltica Programme projects, ensure the development of Project and Programme Managers' competencies
- Represent the Company's interests in institutional oversight, cooperation and other matters related to the Rail Baltica Programme in project-related formats, meetings or events
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- At least 5 years of work experience in project management (preferably in the field of infrastructure projects)
- At least 3 years of management experience in a company or structural unit, or high-value infrastructure project programs
- Strategic thinking, data-based decision-making
- Successful experience in managing stakeholders, ability to influence decisions
- Leadership competencies, change management and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management models
- Advanced user level of Microsoft Project (or similar project management information system) program skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
