Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of the construction technical supervision unit and coordination of activities
- Develop, improve and implement working principles, processes and methodologies, ensuring operational efficiency and quality
- Consult and assist construction technical supervisors in solving complex technical and organizational issues
- Contribute to other strategically important technical activities of the company, using their expert knowledge and experience
What do we expect?
- Higher education in construction engineering
- Experience in construction technical supervision, project execution supervision or contracting
- Construction technical supervisor certificate and ability to perform FIDIC engineer functions (advantage)
- Strong planning, performance management and results monitoring skills, ability to set and track performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to independently analyze situations, solve complex problems and make reasoned decisions
