We will trust you:
What will you do with us?
- you will conduct inspections and inspections of residential and non-residential premises owned by Vilnius City Municipality;
- you will draw up Defect Acts of Premises;
- you will formulate and transfer work fronts to repair contractors;
- you will examine complaints and requests from tenants and other persons, prepare responses, participate in the Company's commissions according to the group's competence;
- you will participate in meetings organized by apartment building administrators or associations regarding planned repair work and building renovation;
- you will perform other functions directly related to housing maintenance;
- as your competence grows, there will be an opportunity to contribute to the planning of repair work and calculation of estimates.
We hope you:
What do we expect from you?
- You have a higher / higher education;
- at least 1 year of work experience in a position-related or similar field (advantage);
- You know how to work with the Microsoft Office software package and use modern communication tools and technologies (work experience in the document management system "Avilys", accounting program "Rivilė", estimate calculation program "Sistela" - a big advantage).
- You know at least one foreign language (English, Russian, Polish - an advantage);
- You are able to independently perform the assigned work;
- You have a driver's license;
- You know how to organize your working time, set priorities.
