What will you do with us?
- You will perform the functions assigned to the Asset Operation Group, related to the maintenance of the Company's managed assets and the implementation of ongoing strategic projects (at the stage of contract work), ensure control and smooth implementation of contract work, proper planning of contract work, supervision of execution and compliance of results with contract and quality requirements;
- You will assess the technical condition of buildings and premises, analyze drawings, estimates, design and technical documentation;
- You will form and transfer the formed work fronts to contractors, cooperate with contractors, designers and technical supervisors, evaluate the proposed technical solutions and contribute to the smooth implementation of projects;
- You will calculate the planned simple repair contract work;
- You will organize and carry out inspections of premises, supervise the repair work being carried out, the quantities of work performed according to the calculated estimates, participate in their acceptance and assessment of the quality of the work performed;
- You will prepare technical specifications and other necessary materials for public procurement, commissions and the organization of contract work;
- You will resolve issues related to property maintenance, examine requests from residents, partners and institutions and prepare responses and reports on completed work;
- Within the scope of your competence, you will cooperate with house administrators (communities), check the documents they have submitted about the completed work.

What do we expect from you?
- Have a higher university education and at least 1 year of work experience in a field related to the position or have a higher education and at least 3 years of work experience;
- Know how to work with the estimate calculation program "Sistela", Microsoft Office software package and use modern communication tools and technologies (work experience with the document management system "Avilys", accounting program "Rivile" - an advantage);
- Know at least one foreign language;
- Able to independently perform assigned work;
- Have a driver's license;
- Know how to organize your working time, set priorities.
