Nature of work
- planning, management and control of energy projects;
- coordination of design work and analysis of solutions;
- communication with customers, project partners and related parties;
- preparation of implementation schedules and control of deadlines;
- identification and effective management of project risks;
- control of the project budget and validation of completed work;
- effective management of the project team, delegation of tasks;
- weekly visits to supervised facilities.
Employee requirements
- higher education in engineering/electrical engineering;
- work experience in energy project management is desirable;
- knowledge of English;
- excellent computer skills (MsProject and other project management tools);
- flexible communication and team building skills;
- ability to systematically collect, summarize and analyze information;
- a driver's license (category B) is required;
