Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (excluding deductions) taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- To form a portfolio of real estate contracting projects and to pursue their implementation according to the established performance indicators
- To ensure effective human resource management, team development and motivation
- To ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes, to analyze, initiate and implement new solutions
- To control the compliance of processes with the requirements of normative construction technical documents and practices applied by LTG Group
- To control the implementation of projects according to the established budget, schedule and scope
- To ensure proper communication of project stakeholders and partners and management of obligations and expectations
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Work experience in contracting/construction project management
- Successful experience in leading a structural unit or project team (preferably - construction projects)
- Excellent planning skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Microsoft Office (Project) computer skills
- Knowledge of FIDIC or other model construction contracts and legal acts regulating the construction process (advantage)
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
