PortalPRO is looking for someone who can help us expand our network of reliable construction, repair and engineering contractors throughout Lithuania.
The PortalPRO platform brings together customers and professionals who can perform them. We are currently expanding our cooperation with legal entities – reliable contractor companies that can perform joint construction, repair and engineering works of various scopes.
One of the important areas of development is a wider network of contractors that can perform work in objects administered by MANO BŪSTAS. We aim to have more reliable alternatives in different categories of work and regions so that we can choose the most suitable contractor for each job based on their competence, experience, price, capabilities and ability to complete the work on time.
We are looking for someone who understands the specifics of technical work, is able to actively search for potential partners, establish contact with company managers and achieve that the initial contact turns into a real working cooperation.

What are you going to do?
- Actively search for reliable companies performing joint construction, repair, finishing and engineering works through professional contacts, suppliers, partners, associations, social networks and other channels.
- Contact company managers and other decision-makers, present the possibilities of cooperation through PortalPRO.
- Find out the specialization, experience, capabilities, regions of operation of contractors and assess their reliability and ability to perform work in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Attend meetings with potential contractors in Vilnius and other regions of Lithuania.
- Coordinate the start of cooperation and help contractors understand the work on the PortalPRO platform: receiving requests, submitting proposals, registering information on completed work and submitting invoices.
- After starting cooperation, maintain contact with contractors, monitor whether the process is going smoothly, and help resolve any issues that arise.
- You will be interested in the capabilities of the attracted contractors, their competence growth and readiness to take on new or larger-scale work.
- I will cooperate with the PortalPRO and MANO BŪSTAS regional, technical and procurement teams.
- You will contribute to the planning of priority work areas, contractor needs and future capacity.
What do we expect?
- Have a technical education or practical work experience in construction, engineering, building maintenance, technical services or another related field.
- Understand the main processes of joint construction, repair or engineering works and are able to professionally communicate with companies in these fields.
- Have experience in B2B sales, business development, searching for contractors, suppliers or partners.
- Be active, proactive and able to establish contact yourself, interest a potential partner and seek a specific agreement.
- Know how to ask the right questions and assess the real capabilities and reliability of the company.
- Be able to systematically manage contacts, agreements and follow-up actions.
- It is important for you not only to reach an initial agreement, but also to ensure that cooperation actually begins.
- Have a driver's license and are ready to go to meetings in different regions of Lithuania.

The salary depends on the candidate's experience and competencies. A performance-based bonus is also paid.
