Nature of work:
- organize and supervise the daily activities of the wheel and brake workshop;
- ensure that work is performed in accordance with EASA/FAA Part-145, manufacturer requirements and internal procedures;
- plan work distribution and control compliance with deadlines;
- lead a team of technicians, ensure maintenance of employee competence and training;
- ensure the quality of work, compliance with safety requirements and effective process management;
- cooperate with quality, planning, logistics and other technical departments;
- analyze workshop performance indicators and initiate performance improvement solutions;
- ensure the availability of necessary tools, materials and spare parts.
Employee requirements:
- higher or higher technical education;
- experience in wheel and brake workshops, certified specialist;
- experience in leading a team or organizing technical work processes;
- good knowledge of English (technical documentation);
- ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions;
- responsibility, orientation towards quality and safety;
- knowledge of EASA Part-145 environment is an advantage.
