Rehabilitation Administrator(s)

Baltic Medics is one of the largest private medical networks in western Lithuania, managing well-known brands Medtest and Uosto poliklinika. Our company is consistently growing and expanding every year - we currently operate in as many as 9 Lithuanian cities, unite almost 400 employees, and at the same time manage a widely developed network of laboratories.

We are inviting a rehabilitation administrator to join us in Klaipėda.

– Daily work with rehabilitation specialists - creating and coordinating procedure schedules.
– Administration of patient flows and visits, entering information into the system.
– Checking and coordinating doctor referrals.
– Serving patients at the reception, providing information, transferring and adjusting visits.
– Working with the cash register
– Administrative assistance to doctors: helping with planning visits, ensuring smooth workflow.

– Responsible attitude to work, ability to work with large patient flows.
– Computer literacy, ability to work with medical information systems (experience is an advantage).
– Polite communication with patients.
– Ability to work in a team with doctors and other department employees

From 1400 €/mon. gross
Salary from 1400 Eur. Discussed during the interview. Depends on work experience and competencies.
