Nature of work

Creation, coordination and optimization of work schedules of specialists of the Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center according to patient flows;
Coordination of vacation planning, organization of replacements and operational response to employee absences;
Planning of departmental resources (specialists' working hours, premises, equipment) and ensuring their effective use;
Daily monitoring, analysis and decision-making of departmental performance indicators (income, employment, service volumes);
Preparation of monthly activity reports and presentation of results to management;
Ensuring operational activities (order in departments, maintenance of equipment and facilities, coordination of repairs and services);
Coordination of the introduction process of new employees;
Ensuring the quality of patient service and implementation of process improvement initiatives;
Cooperation with department heads and other departments of the company, aiming for smooth daily activities.

Higher university or non-university education (in management, social sciences, healthcare or related fields - an advantage);
Experience in the field of activity, work schedules or resource planning (work experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation sector - a great advantage);
Good analytical skills, ability to work with data and prepare reports (good MS Excel skills - an advantage);
Ability to coordinate several processes simultaneously and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills;
Initiative, responsibility, independence and result orientation;
English language skills necessary for work in a professional environment.
