In this position, you will be responsible for working with wholesale customers in the field of building materials. Your daily routine will include communication by phone, e-mail and during meetings. You will visit customers, clarify their needs, coordinate orders, agree on solutions and take care of long-term cooperation.
We are looking for someone who would look at the customer not only as an order, but also as a long-term partner, able to understand their needs, offer the most suitable solution and see opportunities to increase sales.

Your responsibilities:
- Actively communicate with wholesale customers by phone, e-mail and during meetings;
- Conduct customer visits, clarify their needs and build and maintain long-term business relationships;
- Receive, coordinate and administer customer orders for goods;
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate prices and other terms of cooperation;
- Coordinate order fulfillment in cooperation with internal teams;
- Actively seek opportunities to increase sales to existing customers and expand the customer base;
- Analyze customer needs and sales results and provide proposals for sales growth;
- Resolve issues related to orders and customer service and ensure a smooth customer experience.
We hope that:
- Have experience working with customers, in sales or wholesale;
- Able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with business customers;
- Have worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX - this would be a great advantage;
- Able to identify customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions;
- Are focused on sales results and have a commercial mindset;
- Able to negotiate, argue your offers and find solutions that are suitable for both parties;
- Are interested in building materials or want to quickly understand this area;
- Have a category B driver's license, as visits to customers are planned at work.
