RECEPTIONIST

GOAL OF THE POSITION:
Ensuring smooth administration of the office and Marketing support on request

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Routing of calls, e-mails
  
• Administration of post delivery
  
• Reception of guests
  
• Assistance in events and travel arrangements on request
  
• Administration of office space, supplies and premises
  
• Delivery of appointed international communication
  
• Administration of appointed internal and external document registers
  
• Assistance on Marketing issues (collecting of data, reports, organizational support) on request
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Lithuanian, fluent spoken and written English language skills, Russian would be an advantage
  
• Excellent MS Office software
  
• Proven experience of working in a similar position in an international company would be a strong advantage
  
• Client-oriented proactive approach
  
• Accuracy, accountability, strong quality orientation
  
• Excellent planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work on a multitasking basis
  
• Excellent professional communication skills
  
• University/College degree
