Nature of work
- Source and recruit qualified CDL truck drivers for the U.S. market.
- Post and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms and social media.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates.
- Communicate with drivers regarding job opportunities, company policies, and hiring requirements.
- Review applications, driving records, and employment history.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, orientation schedules, and required documentation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
- Work closely with safety, dispatch, and operations departments to meet hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate databases.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and DOT regulations.
Employee requirements
- Previous recruiting or customer service experience.
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- English language proficiency required.
