As we expand into Lithuania and grow our operations, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring activities, attract and engage candidates across multiple roles, and ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

As we expand into Lithuania and grow our operations, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring activities, attract and engage candidates across multiple roles, and ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment process: searching, contacting, scheduling and conducting interviews, following up with candidates.
- Managing various recruitment platforms, job advertisements, events, and initiatives.
- Collaborating with external recruitment partners.
- Managing communication with candidates, feedback, and offers.
- Managing the candidate database in HR System.
- Involvement in pre-boarding process.
- Preparing recruitment reports for the human resources department and company management/
- Involvement in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in high volume recruitment is a must, preferably in casino, retail, call center or similar industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and developing structured question flows to assess candidate soft skills is required.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role - 2-3 years.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced level of English.
