We develop dedicated studios, custom games, and promotional tools – from live casino and slots to RNG products – all designed to maximize player engagement and help our partners stand out in a competitive landscape.

As we expand into Lithuania and grow our operations, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring activities, attract and engage candidates across multiple roles, and ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the recruitment process: searching, contacting, scheduling and conducting interviews, following up with candidates.
  • Managing various recruitment platforms, job advertisements, events, and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with external recruitment partners.
  • Managing communication with candidates, feedback, and offers.
  • Managing the candidate database in HR System.
  • Involvement in pre-boarding process.
  • Preparing recruitment reports for the human resources department and company management/
  • Involvement in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.

Requirements:
  • Experience in high volume recruitment is a must, preferably in casino, retail, call center or similar industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews and developing structured question flows to assess candidate soft skills is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role - 2-3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Advanced level of English.
