Role description
GoWorkaBit is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Recruitment & Customer Success Specialist to join our Lithuania team.
This role is a combination of recruitment, customer success, and operations. You’ll identify great workers, help companies build reliable teams, and ensure every shift is staffed with the right people. You’ll own the worker journey from the first interview to repeat shifts, while helping companies get the most value from GoWorkaBit. You’ll work closely with our Lithuania and Estonia teams and collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Product.

What you’ll do
- Interview and assess candidates by phone to find the right fit
- Guide workers through onboarding and support them before, during and after shifts
- Build relationships with workers
- Solve urgent staffing situations and no-shows
- Support flexible team performance and worker quality
- Onboard new client companies and deliver platform demos
- Partner with Sales to help clients build successful long-term teams
What we’re looking for
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer success or HR
- Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
- Confidence making hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Someone who enjoys improving processes, not just following them
