Recruitment Specialist

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment activities in the Polish labour market and source candidates for employment in Norway.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and attract candidates in the Polish labour market.
  
• Recruit employees for various positions in Norway, including the food industry, textile industry, logistics, manufacturing, and other sectors.
  
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess their suitability for available positions.
  
• Communicate with candidates in Polish and English throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain candidate records.
  
• Identify and develop new candidate sourcing channels and apply effective recruitment strategies.
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or personnel selection is a plus.
  
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.(B2 level or higher).
  
• Experience recruiting within the Polish labour market would be considered an advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and deliver results.
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
