About the position

Red Bull Key Account Manager HoReCa – As a Key Account Manager in the HoReCa channel, you will be responsible for the current and future distribution and sales of the Red Bull product portfolio in the relevant key customer groups in Lithuania, in cooperation with distribution partners; you will build long-term, mutually beneficial and profitable relationships with our best HoReCa customers; you will implement effective strategies that ensure the continuous development of our brand in the eyes of each customer; you will achieve the sales and distribution goals of the business plan in the HoReCa channel.
We are looking for a professional and independent person who is motivated to implement the company's dedicated tasks and thus contribute to the overall team goal.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of strategic goals in the HoReCa channel;
  • Close teamwork with the marketing department, taking into account relevant market insights and key areas of focus;
  • Planning work tasks, assessing success by monitoring, analyzing and reporting on performance results, growth areas and opportunities;
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial partnership agreements with important customers in the HoReCa sales channel, which increase value for both Red Bull and the customers' business;
  • Implementation of HoReCa sales channel agreements;
  • Periodic market visits and preparation of visit reports with insights;
  • Market and competitor analysis;
  • Cooperation with Distributor and Point of Sale representatives;
  • Control of quality criteria of agreements at the customer's sales points.

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education (Business Management would be an advantage);
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience (preferably in the beverage industry);
  • Previous experience in managing important customers (preferably in the HoReCa channel);
  • Excellent achievements in sales and trade marketing;
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, planning, prioritization and organizational skills;
  • Communication skills, diligence and responsibility;
  • Motivation and ability to work independently;
  • Computer literacy skills (MS Office);
  • Ability to speak and write in English (Advantage);
  • Driving license (category B).
