UAB BNP Finance – one of the market leaders in providing financial services to the private sector, invites a Refinancing Agreements Manager to join the Customer Service Department.
We are looking for a Loan Evaluation and Customer Service Manager who would work with consumer loan and refinancing applications, advise clients and contribute to the coordination of the refinancing process. The majority of the work will be related to consulting clients, assessing applications and making decisions, and part of the work will be related to supervising the refinancing process and analyzing results.

What job awaits you?
- Consulting clients by phone, e-mail and live chat channels on consumer loans and refinancing issues;
- Evaluation of consumer loans and refinancing applications according to the rules established by the company;
- Analysis of information, income, liabilities and other data provided by the client;
- Preparation of loan or refinancing offers and communication to the client;
- Administration of applications from client application to decision / issuance;
- Administration of granted loans and refinancing agreements;
- Supervision of the refinancing process: monitoring results, preparing reports, suggestions for improving the process;
- Providing ideas on how to improve the customer journey, the application evaluation process and issuance results.
We believe that you would do best in this position if
- Have experience in customer service, loan issuance, financial services or application evaluation;
- Able to accurately evaluate information, work with numbers and notice discrepancies;
- Be attentive, thorough, complete work on time and to the end;
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients in writing and by phone;
- Know how to work with Excel at least at a basic / intermediate level;
- Fluent in Lithuanian;
- Able to independently set priorities and take responsibility for the result.
