Regional Business Development Manager - industrial (BTS)

Our client is one of top development companies worldwide. The company is focused on investment in industrial projects with its HQ for Europe based in Poland. You will become a part of growing team in its Vilnus office in Lithuania while taking responsibility for all three Baltics countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). This role is focused on proactive sale and client acquisition and require construction/real estate experience.

The person on this position will be responsible for overall sales management working closely with acquired investors over projects on their initial phase – technical negotiations with client, collecting data on production processes, storage and operational requirements, developing a preliminary layout of the property and plot development in cooperation with the design office as well as preparing technical specifications for the facility, verifying quotes/costs with the general contractor and subcontractors, up to work permit stage.
Vilnus office (no home office).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring new investors in daily cooperation with other team members.
  
• Prospecting, forecasting, planning and executing effective meetings and negotiations with potential clients around whole country.
  
• Cooperation with legal, technical, construction and finance departments both in the country and in Poland.
  
• Estimation of project costs (lump sum), creating analyses such as technical due diligence, feasibility studies, etc.
  
• Maintaining control over the whole sales process.
  
• Reporting to Managing Director.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience on similar position in sales / client acquisition / predevelopment.
  
• Experience in working for commercial developers or general contractors (office/retail/industrial).
  
• Fluent English, written and spoken – used daily at work.
  
• Holding engineer degree will be an advantage.
  
• Experience in working on as well green filed and brown filed projects.
  
• Understanding of technical DD reports / feasibility studies / other type of analyses / familiarity with cost calculations and estimations.
  
• Business oriented attitude with superb communication skills, easiness in building relations with clients.
  
• Ability to work in office and travel around Lithuania (no home office option).
