Job description

What you will do:

Develop and grow key regional accounts by identifying new business, cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation opportunities.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and profitable account growth.
Lead sales projects and develop tailored transportation solutions that address customer needs and create new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms, ensuring agreements meet both customer and company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, service delivery, and effective resolution of customer issues.
Monitor account performance, market trends, and opportunities through CRM and regular business reviews, driving continuous improvement and business growth.

What we expect from you:

Proven experience in account management, preferably in international sales, with a strong track record in business development and customer growth.
Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and active selling skills, with the ability to develop compelling sales propositions and manage complex accounts.
Understanding of the logistics industry, market trends, and key logistics cost drivers.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-driven, organized, and collaborative professional with strong stakeholder management skills, cross-cultural awareness, and a commitment to continuous development.

Base monthly salary: From 2330 to 2910 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
