RESPONSIBILITIES
- Farm visits, farm consulting and building long-term cooperation
- Active sales of agricultural products and grain purchasing
- Serving existing customers, clarifying their needs and searching for new customers
- Negotiations and concluding contracts
- Analysis of the agricultural market, customer needs and competitive environment
- Achieving and implementing sales and other set goals
IT IS IMPORTANT TO US
- Higher education in agronomy, agriculture or management
- Experience as an agronomist, consultant, sales representative in the agricultural field
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector and crop production
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to independently plan one's work, visits and achieve results
- Responsibility and result orientation
- Good computer skills
- Category B driver's license
