Regional/Facility Manager

Organize and coordinate the work of cleaning personnel in assigned facilities;
Regularly visit facilities, carry out quality control of work performed
Ensure a high level of service
Maintain direct contact with existing clients
Perform employee selection, initial induction, training and control of labor discipline and safety requirements;
Create work schedules, fill out work time sheets (tables) and promptly organize employee replacement
Ensure timely provision of facilities with inventory, cleaning products and control their use;
Participate in the smooth launch process of new facilities.

You have management experience in the field of cleaning services;
You are responsible and able to solve problems independently;
You have excellent communication and conflict management skills;
Good organizational skills, independence;
Category B driver's license;
Computer literacy;

1500-2000 €/mon. net
€/month. cash
Salary depends on work experience. Bonuses are paid according to the motivational system.
