Our client, a company operating in the electrical engineering segment for 25 years, is looking for a Vilnius regional sales manager to join our team. He/She will be responsible for leading the Vilnius sales team in order to implement the sales strategy and thus contribute to a successful and stable growing company. OBJECTIVES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Lead the Vilnius sales team, which works in the construction engineering, telecommunications, renewable energy, power grids and industry segments
- Transmit the company's sales strategy to the managed team and successfully plan its implementation
- Be a mediator and strive for close cooperation between sales, product and marketing teams
- Have several key, large customers in your personal sales basket and be a leader and role model for the team on how to effectively and correctly carry out the sales process
- Proactively develop relationships with customers by inviting and participating with customers in events, seminars, exhibitions
- You will have a team of 10 people under your supervision. It will consist of project sellers who participate in long-term, ongoing projects, sellers of infrastructure and the company's largest customers, and Vilnius showroom sellers who serve all remaining customers
WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR CV IF:
- You have many years of experience as a sales manager or KAM (Key Account Manager) in the B2B sector
- You have strong team management and development skills or have successful team experience working with colleagues on large projects
- You are characterized by perseverance, opportunity seeking, courage to communicate and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with customers
- You have work experience in electrical engineering or a related field
